Manic Monday
I didn't get enough sleep last night. Up far too late playing video games...woke up at seven cuz I had to be at work by 8 over at the NDSU bean lab. I spent all day struggling to stay awake as I counted beans, whoa that must be a torture in some country. I gotta do my dishes and cook supper. This summer is quickly becoming an adventure in living on my own, sort of I have a roommate/neighbor that I split bills with. I still need to get a haircut somethin feirce my eye keeps getting red and itchy cuz my bangs are hanging down in it. The worst thing is when I have latex gloves on covered in seed treatment and my faces is itching because the tips of my hairs are rubbing against my skin. I can't brush the hair out of my face because the stuff on my gloves is toxic or something and if I get it on my skin it'll do something nasty.

I went from the most hectic end-of-the-year stuff (parties, grading, etc) to.. well, basically finding fun in picking my nose for an hour... just kidding, but it might get to that point. Ugh. I could work on my research, but, well, then I couldn't complain. I need to complain for about a week.. then I may actually do something about it. Plus, to add to my Manic Monday, I really do think I want to learn how to sew (with a machine) so now the brain is going a mile a second to figure out what I could do, what I need to do to start, and how to get the machine from home here with gas prices at take-out-a-loan per fill up!! But then I think, na.. I'll just make some hemp bracelets with all these darn beads I have horded over the years.. why have cool beads sitting in a toolbox (yup, I may be a shopaholic, but I have a toolbox from Menards to show off my tomboy side) when you aren't going to do anything with them.
