Hey all.
Got my cookies figured out. And my marbles found.

Something I have been wondering..
-Is anyone taking any classes that seem like they are going to be really interesting/cool? My sis is taking Poetry in Rock.. I am jealous!

P.S. Dave.. was it you that asked about me reading up on video games because my latest read, Amy Jo Kim, mentions online games in conjunction with online communities.. cool beans, eh?

EVENT FOR LAST FREE WEEKEND BEFORE SCHOOL STARTS UP: Organizing my teaching stuff. I have probably created 2.4 million worksheets by now, and I have no idea where some of 'em are. D'oh!! Okay.. to be honest, I may have a few Cosmopolitians to ease me into having fun with this.

What the heck! I am TRYING to get into my Yahoo! account, and apparently overnight, they started using cookies. So, I configured my browser to accept 'em from Yahoo, but I STILL can't get in. Erg erg erg. *frown of frustration*

computers = evil [sometimes]
me [right now] = selfish

Dave, what were you doing in California? (did I miss one of your posts! bad me.) why didn't you bring me? AND/OR why didn't you bring some of their weather HERE!!! That is the first rule of traveling away from ND: Bring back good weather.

Wow, I go to California for 5 days and you guys start discussing good and evil. I should never leave my computer again or else I might miss some other good discussion.

Personally when it comes to good and evil I believe this. Satan tempts us to do evil by taking advantage of our natural selves. The parts of us that feel "need" to survive. I think it is our natural selves that are all the same. It is our natural selves that can be put under the psychological magniscope so to speak. Our spiritual selves long for something that can not be gained by any material thing. Our spirtual selves desire to be reunited with the Holy Spirit which original sin separated us from. "Man can not live by bread alone". Satan tempts us, he convinces us that it is not the Holy Spirit we need but some other "thing" that will finally truly make us happy. Of course the beauty of all this is that we do not need to do anything to recieve the Holy Spirit except have faith, something all human beings can freely give no matter how rich or poor. When one does not fear the loss of material possesion because they have recieved something more magnificent than anything in the universe that is when they can truly no longer be selfish and thus be good. It is this expression of goodness that makes each person unique not the selfishness that we all feel. Thats my 2-cents.

God Bless
