HEY ERIC! Rock on. Thanks for joining!
Um, CEO sounds too official for me, but that's okay. Yea, this beast is meant to be an open forum. The glue is that we are all at NDSU.. Eventually, I'd like to branch out and have separate blogs for separate issues (sports people can blog together, people that want help with classes, people that just want to blog creatively, etc...), but that is another project for another semester I suppose.
I am still in the process of simply getting MORE people on here. Hopefully, by Christmas, we'll have a nice little online campus community.. *crosses fingers*

Hello all,
This is my first time on the Bison Blog, so i guess i should introduce myself. My name is Erik Kornkven, I am in my final year of an English Lib Art degree. I know Kevin and Cindy *wave* *wave* and hope to get to know the other members of the Blog, including the CEO Sybil. Will write more later. Hey Sybil, is this going to be an open forum, or whats the deal? Lead and we will follow.
Adios

Kevin, what am I going to do with you? No one comes here much because we don't have a ton of members YET. I aim to change that.
You can see over there ---> though that we have some more students signed up! And, really, am I a "no one"? Didn't think so. You academics! :-P

okay, I will lay off, but make another announcement, even though no one comes here much.
Chris Eyre, director of Smoke Signals and other films, will be speaking at Concordia College and NDSU. The NDSU talk is at 1:30 pm on Friday, October 10. You can read more about the event here and here.

Hey, I can only do so much. I have built it, now I have to wait for them to come. I am going to advertise a little in the Spectrum with my article..., and I need to put up flyers around campus yet. If you could put a plug in on the 20th, that would be awesome.

Sybil, if you want others to blog here, you had better make it look like there is some action! I can put in a plug for the Annual Regional Studies lecture, Deb Marquart, "The Horizontal Life," Monday Oct 20, 7:30 pm, Beckwith Auditorium: check it out!
