Whew. What a week! And it's NOT over.
So, I'll be on PBS on May 1 at 7am if anyone is up.. and moving.. and conscious. :-P I sounded enthusiastic and intellgent, my officemate told me. So that's good. However, I didn't know it was a t.v. interview, so I am wearing my pink hat and pigtails and ripped up jeans. Oooopsie.

Hm... things I am thankful for:
-People who take care of me when I need to be taken care of a little.
-Friends. I'm going to miss all my T.A. buddies that are graduating in a few weeks. What am I going to without them next year?
-Sleep. Cures a lot of stuff. (So do showers.)
-Nice weather (makes it easier to walk home).
-Fountain pop because you can mix diet with Dr. Pepper- not all of the calories yet with all of the taste!
-Cute hot pink pumps. I found an 80s looking pair at Savers for $5 yesterday. I'd say it was the find of the month!
-Fun fashion shows even though they make me want to go shopping.

Hey all. So, Helene, yea.. I emailed Ashley and told her I'd do an interview. If you all want to, I suggest it, but I figured since I started this whole thing (and am doing thesis research on it), I should publicize my stuff as much as possible. Get my name out there... blah blah blah. :-D

Anyhoo.. back to the real important stuff-> Ticked Off Tuesday:
I am ticked off that I am not ticked off on T.O.T. because I love to rant! Well, I'll try to squeeze out something (ooh, that sounded kind of raunchy):

-Students that disappear from class and then show up with fifteen excuses why they were gone for an eon.
-The math dept. planning their tests at night for their daytime classes because it screws up my night class stuff.
-Girls that are all about the drama. Girls that are super dependent. Girls like that don't get any of my respect.
-Being lactose intolerant. I miss cheesecake.
-Being the oldest because then I pay for parental gifts and end up waiting a month to get paid back. Erg.

OOoooh. Manic Monday. Good idea. "Just another manic Monday.. oh oh.. I wish it was Sunday, oh oh, cuz that's my fun day.. oh oh.. I don't have to run day... It's just another manic Monday." Who sang that? I want to say Cyndi Lauper, but I think I'm wrong.. anyhoo I like this new topic.

I'm eating delicious Honey Bunches of Oats.. with Soy milk and lactose-free Skim milk. Wow, I sound like I am 75. Sheesh!

So, for anyone wanting to listen in on some blogging sessions, the GPACW conference will be at the Alumni Center this Friday-Saturday. I present at the buttcrack of dawn (really want to edit that, but that's what I call EARLY) on Saturday- 9am, but there are some students from Bemidji State presenting (on Friday afternoon-ish) on a class they took over there about blogging.. or with blogging. Somethang about blogging. Yup.

I hate when people are sad, and I can't do anything to cure them. I am like a man in that respect maybe. And like a man, I am intrigued by Pamela Anderson's DRIVEN on VH1 today. I am so weird. This manic topic brings out some weird crap in my brain. Hmph.

Dave- the topic stays.. for awhile anyway. Say, how many of you are graduating?

How about Manic Monday: take five minutes to write down everything that's on your mind and you can't go back to edit it.

I saw Kill Bill vol. 2 this weekend. This one spent a lot more time developing the characters than the first one did. David Carridine does an awesome job as Bill. I want to be Uma Thurman...

God Bless

What a weekend.. what a weekend. And it's not quite over. Sheesh.

So, I am wondering if we should change some of the daily categories.. I like Tuesdays and Thursdays.. anyone got ideas for the other days??? Anyone not like Tuesdays and Thursdays' categories? Feedback, por favor!!

Anyhoo- The house smells like bacon... we're doing brunch with the parental unit. And.. I just heard "the holler" that we are eating.

Later!
